Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite slow, which made the start of our stay a bit frustrating. We also faced issues with housekeeping, as we had to wait a long time for a second towel, which was disappointing. Overall, the service felt lacking in responsiveness during our visit.

However, the mattress could use an upgrade for better comfort. I also found the thin walls a bit disruptive at night, as I could hear noise from the adjoining rooms.

The Double Room was comfy and clean, with a quiet atmosphere that really helped me rest. Accessibility to Venice was fantastic, just a quick train ride away. Staff were super helpful with local dining tips, making my stay even better. The only downside was the bed felt a bit cramped—twins pushed together instead of a proper double.
